PracticeMill v2.0 (beta test)
New features
- Ability to create several computerized lessons in a single deck file.
Each lesson can include:
- Lesson specific instruction or description and a link to an external
document or program.
- Entry conditions (specific date, progress in other lessons, see
screen shot)
- Global mastery criterion (either in term of accuracy and/or
fluency, see screen
shot)
- Ability to create multilevel lessons for adaptive computerized training.
You can set for each level:
- Topics to be trained (see screen
shot)
- Level specific instruction and a link to an external document
or program.
- Testing conditions (number of items per session, type of
feedback, etc., see screen
shot)
- Level specific mastery criterion (in both accuracy and/or fluency)
- A reward to be made available upon mastery (external program
or document, see screen
shot).
- Customizable viewer (including background color and image)
- Multiple-choices response mode now can be used to select among several
graphics (see screen shot).
- Question prompt can be a graphic (with the previous new feature,
this allows matching to sample types of practice, see screen
shot).
Downloading the beta version version
This beta version of PracticeMill is a fully functional version. However,
for unregistered users, the program will stop functioning after 30 days
of use.
